2. Submit your email then click the sign up button.
3. Enter password to your Desk account and click the register button.
4. Then enter the verification code that received to your email account.
5. Welcome to Desk. This allows you to try a free trial account for six months.
6. User journey will help you to understand the system very first time.
7. Desk privacy policy makes everything clear and transparent between desk and its clients.
8. Choose the task which need to be completed in the list.
9. Click the start button to start the task

Step to create a project

1. Go to this dwesk.cloud website firstly.
2. To create a project click on the create project icon on the top of the interface.
3. Enter the project name in the project name section.
4. Click the advanced project info to select more details of the project and select division.
5. Select the project manager.
6. Select the brand ambassador which is spokesperson of the project.
7. Select the country which the project is carrying out.
8. Escalation email and mobile important when monitoring the project in special situations like delay in delivery.
9. Default Service level agreement for the project in hours.
10.Deadlines specify the exact date by which the project should be completed.
11.Select project icon to make the project easily identifiable from other projects. Click the browse button to select the icon from where you saved it.
12.Click save button to save the details.
13.Then select project settings under project tab.
14.Under project settings you can see project information.

Step to adding a agent

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. to add new agent to the company go to settings tab select user settings and click on the agent from the list.
3. This will open the agent management window.
4. Click on the drop down menu and select add agent.
5. This will open add agent window.
6. There you have advanced agent info option to add agent information.
7. Enter email of the agent you want to add.
8. Click on the basic agent info.
9. Type the agent name and select the department which the agent belongs to.
10. Add a subdivision of the agent if there is any.
11. You can add agent picture if you want to.
12. Then click on the other agent info.
13. Select the agents country.
14. select the state of the agent and the language.
15. You can add agents mobile here and time zone is automatically set.
16. Once you complete the details click save button to save the details and create the new agent.
17. you will see new agent is added to the agent list.

Dwesk gives option to add task with attachment. Allows to add multiple documents to the task so that agent easily complete the task.

Step to Add attachment

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. To create a task click on the create tasks button in the top of the screen.
3. Select a product to create a task.
4. Enter task title in the title area.
5. Click on the fields tab add more fields to the task.
6. Select attachments to add attachments to the task.
7. Select the attachment where it is saved.
8. You will see the attachment is posted.
9. Then select the division and select the agent to whom the task should be assigned.
10. click save button to save the details.
11. In report by me tab you can see the task with attachment you assigned.

Description

Dwesk gives option to extend service level agreement(SLA) for the tasks. This helps to change the deadline during the task is progressing.

Step to extend SLA of the task.

1.Danial assign a task for David with 6 hour dead line or service level agreement to create animation video for the product.
2.Due to other priority works David got super busy and need more time to complete this task.
3.David request to extend task deadline through comment.
4.Danial agreed to extend service level agreement of this task.
5.For that click on this icon to change SLA.
6.Input new allocated time in hours.
7.Add valid reason to extend the deadline for auditing purposes.
8.Click the save button to save it.
9.Now you can see the service level agreement extend in 10 hours.

Dwesk gives option to reassign task to another department or agent. This is helpful when task incorrectly assigned or need support of different department to complete the task.

Step to reassign a task

1.Brandon gets a task which does not belong to him.
2.This task should be assigned to George in operation department.
3.For that select division.
4.Select agent who is belongs to this task.
5.And click the update button to reassign the task.
6.Now you can see your task is moved from your open tickets.

Description

Dwesk gives option to assign multiple tasks to agents. This enables to assign new tasks to multiple agents with multiple SLA's at same time.

Step to create multiple tickets

1.Brandon find some tasks and he need to report them to multiple agents in his project.
2.Download and open the excel file which provided in the Dwesk.
3.Fill the details of the tasks that you need to report to the multiple agents.
4.Enter the emails of the agents that you need to assign the multiple task.
5.Set the service level agreements for your tasks in hours.
6.Save your excel file as a csv format.
7.Then upload the excel file you prepared.
8.Once the upload is completed, you can download your excel file.
9.In reported by me tab you can see the tasks you assigned to the multiple agents.

Dwesk allow to add new department to the company.then it's easy to manage workload process.

Step to Add department

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. To add new department go to the settings tab.
3. Select other settings and click click on the division.
4. This will open the division management window.
5. From that window click on the drop down menu.
6. Select division which will lead you to the add division window.
7. Enter the name of the department you want to add.
8. Add the description of the department as necessary.
9. Specify the name of the manager of the department.
10. Enter the escalation email of the division manager.
11. Once you complete the details click save button to save the details.
12. You will see new department added to the table.

Dwesk allow to add new agents for tickets.Entering new email to send the tickets.This feature is valuable for use as a temporary or immediacy as a solution.

Step to Adding team members

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. Brandon assign this task to John.
3. He simply filled the details of the task.
4. Type the email of the john who is currently not registered in the system.
5. Brandon press plus icon to create account for John.
6. Dwesk automatically creates account for john and send account details to John's email
7. John can login to the Dwesk using his password that received to the email.
8. now John can see task assign by Brandon.

Dwesk gives option to change service level agreement(SLA) for the tasks.This helps to customize the SLA based on nature of the task while keeping umbrella SLA for other tickets.

Step to Change SLA for a task

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. Click on create task tab.
3. Fill title, division and agent.
4. In this window, click on fields.
5. Select drop down box and select service level agreement.
6. And put a tick to it.
7. Then modify service level agreement value to your task in hours.
8. Click the save button to save it.
9. In the report by me tab service level agreement value has been changed.

Step to Add recurrent task

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. Click on the create task button in the top of the screen.
3. Select a product to create a task.
4. Enter the task title in the title area.
5. Select the agent to whom the task should be assigned.
6. Then click on the recurring tab and select schedule.
7. Select a recurring frequency.
8. Set the starting date and time to start the recurring task.
9. Specify the number of times which the task should be repeated.
10. Then click on the set button to save the recurring data once you complete the details.
11. Click save button to save the details and create the recurring task.
12. Click the scheduled task tab to see scheduled tasks status.

Step to create campaign

1. Login to the Dwesk firstly.
2. Here you can create the campaign you want.
3. First you need to prepare this excel sheet with numbers you want add to this campaign.
4. And save the xl sheet as the csv format.
5. Select the starting date starting time.
6. Ending date and ending time of your campaign.
7. Select the phone model you want to add this campaign and upload the excel sheet you prepared.
8. Then click the upload button.
9. In here you can download excel file which include the numbers you added to the campaign.
